The lending entity is Credicorp Limited (company no. 16093826), registered in England & Wales at Suite AU31848, 9 Skyport Drive, Harmondsworth, West Drayton UB7 0LB. Cash Train is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Cash Train is an unregulated lender. The Consumer Credit Act 1974 statutory protections and the Financial Ombudsman Service do not apply to your loan agreement. No. Cash Train is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Cash Train is an unregulated lender. This means the Consumer Credit Act 1974 statutory protections and access to the Financial Ombudsman Service do not apply to your loan agreement.
Yes. Cash Train provides a contractual 14-day withdrawal right from the date you sign. To exercise it, notify us in writing within 14 days. You will repay the principal borrowed plus any interest accrued to the date of repayment — no penalty is charged.
Send your complaint to [email protected]. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 8 weeks. As an unregulated lender, the Financial Ombudsman Service does not apply, but we offer an independent adjudicator route for unresolved complaints.
