Send your complaint to [email protected] with your full name, a description of the issue and what outcome you would like. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 8 weeks. As an unregulated lender, the Financial Ombudsman Service does not apply, but we offer an independent adjudicator route for unresolved complaints.

Log in at cashtrain.co.uk using the email address you registered with. You can view your loan balance, repayment schedule, settlement figure and download your agreement from your account dashboard.
